What we collect
When a court, officer, attorney or client contacts us, we keep what they send: names, phone numbers, email addresses, case numbers, the court order details, and notes. While someone is on monitoring, we keep their device readings, alerts, appointments and payment history.
Why we collect it
Only to provide monitoring: installing and servicing equipment, reporting to the court as the order requires, billing, and answering questions.
Who sees it
- The court and the supervising officer named in the order, who receive compliance and violation reports.
- The company that makes the monitoring equipment, which processes device readings for us.
- Stripe, which processes card payments. We never see or store full card numbers.
- Anyone else only when the client asks us in writing or the law requires it.
We don't sell personal information or use it for advertising.
How we protect it
Client records live in a private, access-controlled system. Only Waypoint staff can sign in, each with their own login, and every alert and report is time-stamped.
